Rick Forristall is the creator of Resume Blues, the owner/president of 4 in 10 Enterprises, LLC and a 24+ year retired Air Force veteran.

This site grew as a result of Rick's transition period from the Air Force to his post-Air Force civilian job search. He spent over 2 years researching and preparing for that transition. During that time, Rick developed a transition process that included the information in Resume Blues. During his 24+ year Air Force career, Rick had the opportunity to review, edit, and write thousands of performance reports and reviews. Combining his experience and research, he developed this formalized process for creating a hard-hitting resume that should be a superb tool for helping you get a job interview.
